Onsite project monitoring of NARP NUS and DOA projects of Faculty of Agriculture, Rajarata University of Sri Lanka and Field Crops Research and Development Institute (FCRDI), Mahailluppalama

The Sri Lanka Council for Agricultural Research Policy (SLCARP) conducted a two-day onsite monitoring program at the Faculty of Agriculture, Rajarata University of Sri Lanka, Puliyankulama, Anuradhapura and Field Crops Research and Development Institute (FCRDI), Mahailluppalama, on 21st and 22nd July 2026. This visit was part of the annual onsite research project monitoring programme carried out across granted researches for scientist in the National University System (NUS) and National Agricultural Research System (NARS).

During the visit, the monitoring team evaluated the progress of five (05) ongoing research projects covering the areas of Plant breeding and Plant protection. The projects monitored are listed below:
