Abstract Submission

    Guidelines for Abstracts

        All abstracts must be written and submitted in English using MS Word 2007 or later version adhering to the following format

  • Length : Maximum 250 words
  • Format :
  • Title: Bold, sentence case.
  • Author(s): Full name (s), affiliation(s), and email of the corresponding author.
  • Abstract body: One paragraph, Includes a Justification, Objectives, Methodology, Results & Discussion, Conclusion. Should be clear and concise.
  • Units : SI units, no equations
  • Keywords: Maximum 5 keywords.
  • Font Size & Style: Times New Roman, 12, single – spaced, justified.
  • File Type: Word document (.doc/.docx).
  • Paper Size:  A4
  • Margins: Left margin 3 cm and all other 2 cm (top, bottom and right)

    Guidelines for Extended Abstract

Authors should have to submit extended abstracts for review process

  • Length : Maximum 2000- 2500 words (including figures, tables, and references)
  • Format :
  • Title: Bold, sentence case, centered
  • Abstract ( same as above, <_ 250 words)
  • Main text: Introduction, Materials & Methods, Results & discussion, Conclusion.
  • References : APA journal style ( minimum 5 references)
  • Font Size & Style: Times New Roman, 12, 1.5 spacing
  • Figures & Tables: Must be clear, numbered, and cited in the text
  • File Type: Word document (.doc/.docx).
  • Paper Size:  A4
  • Margins: Left margin 3 cm and all other 2 cm ( top, bottom and right)

    Submission Process

Submit abstracts and extended abstracts via email to gtog2026.slcarp@gmail.com and as an attachment to the google form

Google Form

  • Deadline for abstract and extended abstract submission: 15th October 2026
  • Notification of acceptance: 25th October 2026
  • Camera ready copy of the abstract submission : 05th November 2026

    Presentation Format

  • Selected submissions will be invited for oral or poster presentations
  • Detailed guidelines for presentation will be provided after acceptance.
